A life-long martial artist who has studied and fought in a wide range of martial arts all over the world, Sam Radetsky brings over two decades of teaching experience to Allied. His kickboxing method is a unique blend of martial arts including Dutch, Thai, and Japanese kickboxing, and Japanese full-contact karate. While he has trained a number of successful amateur and professional fighters, he is happiest about the fact that he has introduced hundreds of people of all ages and abilities to the joys of martial arts.

Aaron’s reputation as a fighter and a coach is well known in Santa Cruz and beyond. A USA Certified Boxing coach with over twenty-five years of martial arts experience, he has trained with Santa Cruz-based champions Francis Farley and Pauly Silva, and has competed successfully as an amateur fighter in boxing and kickboxing. Aaron is known for his enthusiasm, his keen eye for detail, and his world-class jab. He originally came to teaching with a fighter’s mentality, but after almost a decade of teaching, Aaron will be the first to tell you he has made a transition from competitor to coach. He now sees teaching as his true role in martial arts and is passionate about sharing Allied MMA with the community.

Jordan Dodge

Jordan runs the Allied kid’s kickboxing program. An accomplished kickboxer with a black belt under World Champion Francis Farley, he also trained under World Champion kickboxer David Marinoble, and practiced alongside fighters such as Urijah Faber, Scott Smith, and James Irvin. He competed for the FKA Fight team before becoming a Certified USA Boxing coach and he is currently a certified IKF PKB Official. The Dodge family is passionate about martial arts, and Jordan and his wife Jocelyn love to watch their young sons Vincent and Joseph as they compete and develop their skills in kickboxing, Muay Thai, and BJJ.

 
Efrain Guerrero

With over 30 years of martial arts training, fighting, and instructing, Efrain is a skillful and patient teacher, comfortable with a wide range of ages and skill levels. He founded Muay Thai Cozumel in Mexico, where his effectiveness is seen through the success of his students, many of which have won championships with Coach Efrain in their corner.

Efrain is disciplined in Karate, MMA, Boxing, and Muay Thai. He has trained along side two-time world champion Freddy “Chato” Castillo, three-time world champion Humberto “Zorrita” Soto, and MMA legend and family friend Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone.

Efrain honed his Muay Thai skills at the storied Sityodtong gym, in Thailand, where he fell in love with the authentic Thai technique and also ventured to Cuba where he trained along side the elite talent of the renowned Escuela de Boxeo Cubana.

With his deep reverence for discipline and broad knowledge of martial arts, Coach Efrain is excellent at uplifting both individual students and group classes where he instills the confidence, motivation, and discipline needed to achieve their goals.

Aaron has trained kickboxing under Sam Radetsky since 2016. After his first class, Aaron was immediately drawn to the depth of technique and challenge of kickboxing. As an instructor, Aaron enjoys teaching classes as well as providing one-on-one instruction tailored to the fighting style and temperament of the individual student. His hobbies include gardening with his dog Arlo, watching combat sports, and his wife’s lasagna. And punching stuff, obviously.
